40 winners will be selected for this exhibit, from which 18 will be chosen to be featured in an art calendar.
JUROR: Robert Douglas Hunter

2D works: painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media - no photography. All art must be the original work of the applicant, completed without the aid of an instructor. A 30% commission will be taken on work available for sale.

Artists may submit up to four 35mm slides, clearly labeled on the front with name, phone, title, size, and medium. Please indicate the top with an arrow.
Entry fee: $10 per slide
Entries should also include an updated resume and a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope). Entries without all requirements will not be considered.

Artists will be notified by September 30 as to whether or not they have been selected as a finalist for the exhibition.
The 18 Calendar Award winners and Best in Show for the 2006/2007 NRAS Art Calendar will be announced at the Opening Reception on Friday, October 21 from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Best in Show will appear on the calendar cover.
