The 46th Annual Festival of the Arts will be held on Memorial Day weekend, May 27 & 28, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

North River Arts Society is now accepting applications from artisans who would like to participate in the Juried Artisans Show. Due to space constraints, a limited number of Artisans will be accepted. Previous participation does not guarantee a booth space in this year’s show.

Application Fee and Booth Fee are both due at this time.

Application Fee Due: $50

Booth Fee Due: $180 Members/ $250 Nonmembers

Note: Application Fee is non-refundable. Booth Fee will be charged upon acceptance; unaccepted applicants will not be charged booth fees.

Application Deadline: March 31, 2023

Artisan Notification: April 14, 2023 (Booth Fees invoices will be sent out at this time.)

Set-up Details:
The Festival of the Arts is a rain-or-shine event and the Juried Artisans Show is held outdoors at designated sites. Booth sites will be assigned upon acceptance to the Juried Artisans Show. Each space is 10 feet by 12 feet, set up on grass. Artisans must supply and set up their own tents, tables, chairs and displays, and tents must be secured with weights. Displays may be left overnight if secured under a tent. NRAS is not responsible for loss or damage. There is a parking area available for a nominal fee or street parking.  

Booth Set-Up:
Friday 5/26 Noon to 5 p.m. and/or Saturday 5/27 beginning at 7:30 a.m.

The Festival closes at 5 p.m. on Sunday 5/28. All booths must be removed on Sunday after 5 p.m.

Disclaimers: Your submitted application serves as acknowledgement of the following.

• All work for exhibit and sale must be designed and created by the applicant (crafts derived from commercial molds or commercial kits will not be accepted).
• NRAS reserves the right to decline space to anyone exhibiting inappropriate items.
• Any work that is juried into the Juried Fine Art & Sculpture or Photography Exhibit is not eligible to be sold in the Juried Artisans Exhibit.
• NRAS is not responsible for loss or damage of any equipment or merchandise.
